Colliers International completed the sale of a 60,431-square-foot, flex industrial building located on 2.78-acres at 7720 Kenamar Ct. in San Diego for $8.8 million. Built in 1985 and recently renovated, the two-story property was fully leased at the time of the sale.
Colliers International’s Evan McDonald represented the San Diego-based seller, Providence II Centerpointe, LLC. The San Diego-based buyer was 7720 Kenamar Ct Holdings, LLC.
McDonald says, “The property is fully leased to two tenants with long term leases, which provides the new ownership a long-term, stable investment.”
The building is configured at 50% office and 50% warehouse, with seven oversized grade level doors, and 22-foot clear height in the warehouse.
