Went looking for someone who did REO commercial and found that Mr. Silverstein represented Regions Bank for all their commercial real estate in Miami foreclosures as well as Miami- Dade and Broward County. I called, found him quick to respond. He sent his list. I picked a property and we closed 45 days later. I enjoyed working with him.
